WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES Jowdey.com ACCEPT?
We currently accept credit card payments and PayPal. If you would like to use a different payment method, we are happy to help!

Is shopping online at support@Jowdey.com safe?
Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures the secure transmission of your personal information over the Internet. We do not store credit card information and do not share your personal information with third parties.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@Jowdey.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot make any changes.
What happens if I'm not home?
If you are not home, the delivery will be rescheduled the next day, or the courier will contact you to reschedule (depending on the country and the shipping method chosen).
If your package cannot be delivered, you may also need to pick it up from your local post office.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please email support@Jowdey.com.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order item is an item you order before it is in stock. You can cancel it until your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at support@Jowdey.com.
I ordered an available set with a pre-order. Will they be shipped separately?
We will ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive your available item before your pre-order, please email us at support@Jowdey.com.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14-day, hassle-free return policy.
Items must be in their original condition and the return label and hygiene seal must be present. Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Jowdey.com offers a full refund (item price less original shipping costs).
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse in the US.
How do I request a return?
Requesting a return has never been easier!
We offer a 14-day, hassle-free return policy. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@Jowdey.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please use the email address you used for your order.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs for returned items unless the item is defective. We also cannot refund return shipping costs.
Once we receive the items, we will ship your new items or refund your money (item price less the original shipping cost).
We are not responsible for lost returns. We recommend returning items via registered mail and recording your tracking information.
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
