SWIMMING
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear. The sanitary pad must remain in place and will not be accepted if it has been removed or altered.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return them within the return period.
Jowdey.com is not responsible for missed returns. We recommend returning your items by registered or tracked mail, as the customer is responsible for returns until they are received by Jowdey.com.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process refunds daily. However, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email once we receive your return and again once it has been processed.
For returns initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the shipping company you choose.
If the delivered items are damaged or faulty due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
